Story

Humanity battles marauding giants in the first of a two-part animated film re-edited from the initial season of the hit anime series Attack on Titan adapted from ISAYAMA Hajime’s best-selling manga.

In a world ruled by monstrous Titans, where humanity has been reduced to mere prey for these humanoid giants, humanity exists surrounded by 50 meter-high walls fending off their invasion, trading away the freedom to live beyond its walls for safety within it.
One the last remaining survivors is a 10-year-old boy named Eren Jaeger who dreams of a world he has never seen.
Eren feels uneasy in the presence of those who have grown complacent in their false peace and live captive, content to ignore any idea of life outside the city limits. Eren calls them cattle and they see him as an outcast.
But with the sudden appearance of a new Colossal Titan towering high above the once impenetrable perimeter, Eren’s dream of a life elsewhere and people’s premature peace within are shattered in an instant.

Attack on Titan Movie Part 1 -Guren no Yumiya- is the initial season of a stunning two-part theatrical compilation re-edited from all 25 episodes of the hit 2013 TV anime series Attack on Titan, adapted from ISAYAMA Hajime’s best-selling manga.
