Story
After the Kumamoto earthquake Masao struggles to imagine a life beyond school and the shelter he now calls home. Then one day a photo of him playing handball changes everything.
"What are you striving for?” asks one high school classmate of Masao, a handball player nearing graduation who quit playing following the Kumamoto earthquake. All it takes is one old photo on his beaten up phone to become a sudden hit online, and he starts wondering whether the small group of unlikely players, including close friend Okamoto, has what it takes to redeem their struggling handball team. Can their sudden online fame make up for what Masao has lost: a purpose?
